Our Production capacity and installed machinery

Moulding Machines:
One Large Blow Moulding Machine for producing barrels of capacity 210 ltr, 235 ltr and 250 ltr. Narrow Mouth - with a capacity of processing 280 Kg per hour and can produce 18000 barrels per month.

Medium Blow Moulding Machines :
1. 1 machine for containers 20 to 40 ltrs with a capacity of processing 100 kg per hour.
2. 2 Machines for containers upto 60 ltrs with a capacity of processing 150 kg per hour.
3. 1 machine for containers upto 120 ltrs with a capacity of processing 200 kg per hour.
The above mentioned machines can altogether produce 60000 carboys of different sizes, shapes and capacity per month.
We also have two injection moulding machines for producing all accessories like Bungs, Dust Cap, Seal Caps for barrels and Lugs, pins, handles, inner plugs/ caps, outer caps and lids, in house.
